Absolutely. All of our products go through standardized tests to ensure chemical and biological safety. We also utilize material specifications for both quality of product and user-safety.

I need to return an item, what do I do?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@lactif.com. We will in turn send you a return label that you can use to return the item.

My order is damaged / defect, what do I do?

If you've noticed any damage or defects on your order, please send us an e-mail with a picture, and we will help you out.
